Tukulu Eco Village is situated along Mukono – Wantoni – Kyetume – Katosi – Nyenga road, at around Nangunga town from Mukono branch off on your right side or from Jinja branch off on your left side branch off to Lugenda – Sanganzira village in Ssi sub county in Buikwe District. This sustainable village center it is set at the undulating hill that is overlooking scenic views of beautiful landscapes and Lake Victoria. Tukulu Eco Village (TEV) is an education community-based tourism initiative based in Lugenda Village, an eco-community center striving to set up a role model agro-tourism village, nested in an ecological environment to empower today’s and the future generation a positive forward and backward leakage through natural resources, culture and sports to reduce poverty in the area.

From Tukulu Eco Village you find the Tukulu Eco Farm where you will visit the coffee plantations, graze goats and cows grazing as part of spending your evening. A community walk around nearby villages and then the nature walks within the Kisisita Forest Reserve as well as the river crossing in the forest. This will give you opportunity to spot primates, birds, butterflies and reptiles.
